In-Silico profiling of new pyrazoline derivatives as histone deacetylase 2 and 6 inhibitors
...Show More Authors

Massive efforts have been focused on designing of new anticancer medications. One of these approaches is inhibiting histone deacetylase (HDAC) which have a major role in regulation of cellular epigenetic processes. The non- selectivity of HDAC inhibitors is the major limitation for their use, therefore, recent researches have been oriented toward introducing of selective(HDAC) inhibitors through inhibition of HDAC2 and HDAC6 enzymes. A set of pyrazoline derivatives was designed and virtually studied by means of molecular docking, ADME, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Compound 5 showed promising virtual binding affinity on the HDAC 2 and 6 inhibitors, and exhibited more in silico affinities to (4LXZ)& (5EEI) respectively than SAHA. The virtually active compounds' ADME research revealed a good pharmacokinetic profile and an acceptable drug-like profile. The derivatives had strong absorption and did not cross the blood-brain barrier. Compound 5 was chosen to undergo the study of MD simulation to validate result of molecular docking study. Compound 5 displayed a significant degree of stability with an appropriate pose upon its interaction with enzyme as shown by RMSD and the RMSF findings

Synthesis and Characterization of Some Novel Oxazine, Thiazine and Pyrazol Derivatives
...Show More Authors

In this paper, some chalcone derivatives (C1, C2) were synthesized based on the reaction of equal amount of substituted acetophenone and substituted banzaldehyde in basic medium. Oxazine and thiazine derivatives were prepared from the reaction of chalcones (C1-C2) with urea and thiourea respectively in a basic medium. Pyrazole derivatives were prepared based on the reaction of chalcones with hydrazine mono hydrate or phenyl hydrazine in the presence of glacial acetic acid as a catalyst. The new synthesized compounds were identified using various physical techniques like1 H-NMR and FT-IR spectra.

The Influence of Obesity and IL-6 on Infertile Iraqi Women with COVID-19 Complications
...Show More Authors

Infertility is one of the types of diseases that occur in the reproductive system. Obesity is a state that can be occurred due to excessive fats, the progression in obesity stage results in a change in adipose tissue and the development of chronic inflammation, endocrine glands disorders and women’s reproductive system, and also increase the infection with covid-19. The study aimed to investigate the effect of the obesity, lipid-profile, and IL-6 on hormones-dysregulation in infertile-women with COVID-19 complications. The current study included 70 samples: 50 infertility-women-with-covid-19-infected, 20 healthy-women/control, the ages of both patients and healthy subjects were selected within the range 18-34 years. Levels of FBS, LH,

The study aimed to increase the biological value of white bean. The effect of different concentrations 0.01 ,0.02,0.03,and 0.04 M of sodium sulfite solutions for 1hr at 70 ºC on the trypsin inhibitors activity, protein isolate and protein solubility of complete and dehulling white bean flour were studied.Trypsin inhibitors activity were reduced by 42.97, 58.69, 68.59 and 69.58% in complete white bean flour at 0.01 ,0.02, 0.03, 0.04 M respectively, while the corresponding values were 50.43, 61.00, 75.61 and 85.66% respectively in dehulling white bean flour .Protein isolate value was 13.41% and protein solubility was 2.2% in control sample, Furthermore, the using of chemical treatment showed that protein isolate was reduced gradually and

Sellar hematoma as a new potential radiological clue for superior hypophyseal artery aneurysm rupture
...Show More Authors

Background. In cases of spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) with multiple intracranial aneurysms (MIAs) detected on angiography, some radiological clues assist in determining the site of a ruptured aneurysm which is bleeding is quite beneficial for the selection of the best treatment strategy. Case description. We report a case of a 60 years old patient who presented with spontaneous SAH, sellar hematoma, and three different aneurysms detected in angiography. Although the right Posterior communicating artery (PcomA) aneurysms showed Murphy’s teat on angiography intraoperatively, we discovered that the right superior hypophyseal aneurysm (SHA) was the source of the index bleeding. Both aneurysms were clipped successfully. Co

In this paper we proposes the philosophy of the Darwinian selection as synthesis method called Genetic algorithm ( GA ), and include new merit function with simple form then its uses in other works for designing one of the kinds of multilayer optical filters called high reflection mirror. Here we intend to investigate solutions for many practical problems. This work appears designed high reflection mirror that have good performance with reduction the number of layers, which can enable one to controlling the errors effect of the thickness layers on the final product, where in this work we can yield such a solution in a very shorter time by controlling the length of the chromosome and optimal genetic operators . Background: The physiologic, biochemical and anatomic changes that occur during pregnancy are extensive and may be systemic or local. However, most of these changes return to pre pregnancy status six weeks postpartum. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of dental caries among preterm postpartum women and it's relation to baby birth weight and salivary interleukin-6 (IL-6). Materials and methods: 66 postpartum women were examined, 33 preterm postpartum women (study group) and 33 full term postpartum women (control group). Dental caries was recorded using, decayed, missing and filled surfaces index, also assess the decayed lesion by severity. Salivary samples were taken from all subjects to estimate salivary IL-6 levels. Babie
