To accuse someone is to criticize them or to express the belief that they have done something wrong. Rejecting accusations involves other accusations leveled against the other party. In 2022 Russian –Ukrainian war, news agencies such as the pro-Kremlin Russian news agency Russia Today (RT) and the Cable Central Network (CNN) published an exchange of accusations about the conflict. This paper aims to find out how various news agencies express American accusations against Russia and Russian accusations against the USA linguistically. The study data include selected news headlines by various news agencies. The study identified the pragmatic devices that characterize the headlines of the selected news stories. It attempts to specify which speech act is most dominant in the selected news. It also attempts to find out what type of accusation is performed in each headline and which type is the most prominent. The data includes 10 news stories from various news agencies with focus on the headlines. The selected headlines are scrutinized in terms of the pragmatic perspective following Searle's (1969) theory of speech acts and Balmer and Brennenstuhl's (1981) accusation types. This study also tried to determine what type of accusation each headline represents depending on Bergstra and Düwell's (2023) classification. The analysis reveals that the writers of the news stories use the speech act of asserting in these headlines. The English verbs that denote the speech act of accusation in the study data are accuse, claim, etc. The English verbs that denote reaction to accusations in the selected data is condemns, etc. The speech act of accusation is an illocutionary act, namely representative. The headlines are too short to have any form of validation of the accusation. No self-accusations are expressed in the selected headlines. The headlines name the accuser and the accused in that their writers adopted a very clear style.
Abstract
The current study aims to study one Firas Al- Himdani's Romeyat poems (320 – 357 AH), he was one of sham poets in the era of the Abbasid as to know the glories of the knight and Arabic poet, whose message led to preserve the honor of the nation and Islam prestige , along with exposing the better one . His message includes Arabic merits and high values in respect of chivalry , encouragement , sacrifice , forgiveness and tolerance in addition to morality and patience .
The posterior regions of the jaws usually represent a significant risk for implant surgery. A non-valid assessment of the available bone height may lead to either perforation of the maxillary sinus floor or encroachment of the inferior alveolar nerve and consequently to implant failure. In this study, the effects of blending the un-branched acrylate polymer known as Poly (n-decyl acrylate), and the branched acrylate polymer known as Poly (iso-octyl acrylate), on the viscosity index (VI), and the pour point of the Iraqi base stocks 40, and 60 respectively, were investigated. A study of the singlet and triplet states of two electron systems in the first excited state was performed using a simple quantum mechanical model, which assigns the 1s,and 2s orbital with two different variational parameters. Our results agree with a high level calculation used by Snow and Bills.

One of the artificial lightweight aggregates with a wide range of applications is Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate. Clay is utilized in the production of light aggregates. Using leftover clay from significant infrastructure development projects to manufacture lightweight aggregates has a favorable environmental impact. This research examines the expanded clay aggregate production process and the impact of processing parameters on its physical and mechanical qualities. It also looks at secondary components that can be used to improve the qualities of concrete with expanded clay aggregates.
