Although the profession of a marriage mediator is dominated by a social character, and it is also characterized by its practice in the midst of strict secrecy, because Eastern societies innately reject this method of searching for a life partner. The two parties play a prominent role of the will in the events of legal effects, and the obligations and rights owed by the contracting parties, which leads us to consider the agreement between the mediator and the one who wants to marry going to the purely contractual nature, and thus requires the correct legal adaptation on the contractual relationship that is achieved between the marriage mediator and his clients from Those who want to get married and therefore we will divide this research into six demands to clarify the legal qualification of the marriage mediation contract.
Sesame crop, one of the very important oily, industrial, and summer crops that is economically important, has been investigated. The plantation and production of this crop has been studied in Al-Qadisiyah governorate during 2003-218. This is because this governorate is well-known by sesame plantation. Iraq for a minimum climatic course of 11 years beginning from 1992 till 2002. Three stations
were selected including the parts of Iraq surface: Mosul, Baghdad and Basrah.
The wave days were also connected with the related climatic elements represented by
the wind direction and speeds and the relative humidity. It was shown that Iraq is affected by
the rates of hot thermal wave lengths greatly compared to the rates of cold wavelengths. The
results suggested that the highest rate of hot and cold wavelengths recorded over Basra station
was (3.5) days for the cold and (5) days for the hot. While the lowest rates was at Mosul
