Investigation of the adsorption of Chromium (VI) on Fe₃O₄ is carried out using batch scale experiments according to statistical design using a software program minitab17 (Box-Behnken design). Experiments were carried out as per Box-Behnken design with four input parameters such as pH (2-8), initial concentration (50–150mg/L), adsorbent dosage (0.05–0.3 g) and time of adsorption (10–60min). CdS films were prepared by thermal evaporation at pressure (10-6torr) of 1μm thickness onto glass substrate by using (Mo) boat. The optical properties of CdS films, absorbance, transmittance and reflectance were studied in wavelength range of (300-900)nm. The refractive index, extinction coefficient, and absorption coefficient were also studied. It's found that CdS films have allowed direct and forbidden transition with energy gap 2.4eV and 2.25eV respectively and it also has high absorption coefficient (α >104cm-1).

This paper discusses the problem of decoding codeword in Reed- Muller Codes. We will use the Hadamard matrices as a method to decode codeword in Reed- Muller codes.In addition Reed- Muller Codes are defined and encoding matrices are discussed. Finally, a method of decoding is explained and an example is given to clarify this method, as well as, this method is compared with the classical method which is called Hamming distance.
