People may believe that tissue of normal brain and brain with benign tumor
have the same statistical descriptive measurements that are significantly different
from the of brain with malignant tumor. Thirty brain tumor images were collected
from thirty patients with different complains (10 normal brain images, 10 images
with benign brain tumor and 10 images with malignant brain tumor). Pixel
intensities are significantly different for all three types of images and the F-test was
measured and found equal to 25.55 with p-value less than 0.0001. The means of
standard deviations and coefficients of variation showed that pixel intensities from
normal and benign tumors images are almost have the same behavior whereas the

The Inhbititory effect of cocentrated and non-cocentrated supernatant of the probiotic Lactobacillus salivarius against growth of some potential pathogenic microorganisms which included Pseudomonas eruginosa, Klebsiella spp, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. First factor was three cultivars of lupine 'Giza-1', 'Giza-2' and 'Hamburg'. In this study the new azo compounds (3compounds) for nitrogen bases (Adenine and Cytosine) are synthesized through two reaction steps (formation of diazonium salt and coupling reaction). The compounds have been characterized by FTIR, melting point, and ultra-violate (UV) spectra. The study was conducted at the fields of the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening, College of Agriculture, University of Baghdad " Abu Ghraib" during the growing seasons 2013-2014 to Evaluate the Vegetative growth , yield traits and genetic parameter of some tomato mutants. Results showed significantly increased of plant height in M6-2 mutant 245cm in Comparison with M6- 3 130 cm . M6-4 mutant significantly increasing of floral clusters 13 . Mutant M6-3 showed significantly increasing the average of, fruit weight 125.9g and plant yield 7.17 kg.plant-1 as comparison with M6-2 which showed decreasing of average of fruit weight and plant yield 79.40g and 4.38 kg.plant-1 respectively.
