       يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة مهمة لا تخلوا منها معظم النتاجات التفسيرية، وهي ظاهرة النقد التفسيري، التي من خلالها يسلط المفسر الضوء على آراء المفسرين السابقين في تفسير آية أو مفردة من مفردات القرآن الكريم ثم التعقيب عليها كل بحسبه، ثم يعكف على بيان الدلالة الأوفق بحسب ما تجتمع عنده من قرائن.

The current research aims to evaluate the appraisal form for Arabic language teachers in light of comprehensive quality standards by designing standards for the competencies of primary school teacher in accordance with comprehensive quality requirements. Loanwords are the words transferred from one language to another, which become essential part of the borrowing language. The loanwords have come from the source language to the recipient language because of many reasons. Detecting these loanwords is complicated task due to that there are no standard specifications for transferring words between languages and hence low accuracy.
