Topological indices provide important insights into the structural characteristics of molecular graphs. The present investigation proposes and explores a creative graph on a finite group G, which is known as the RIG. This graph is designated as ΓRS G2(4) indicating a simple undirected graph containing elements of G. Two distinct ertices are regarded as nearly the same if and only if their sum yields a non-trivial involution element in G. RIGs have been discovered in various finite groups. We examine several facets of the RIG by altering the graph through the conjugacy classes of G. Furthermore, we investigate the topological indices as applications in graph theory applying the distance matrix of the G2(4) group.

This study included an analysis of three stations (Al Dora, Al Za'franiya, and Arab Ejbur) chosen to study the Physiochemical and microorganism (Fungi and Bacteria) loud of the Tigris River in the southern section of Baghdad city. One-hundred and twenty Iraqi women (60 single women and 60 married women) with age ranges from (17-49) years have been involved in this study to estimate the levels of anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) as markers of ovarian aging. The descriptive data [age, body mass index (BMI), age at menarche, duration of menarche] have been recorded. Blood samples were collected from the studied women to determine the levels of AMH and FSH. The results revealed non-significant (p>0.05) differences in levels of AMH and FSH between single women and married women.
