Educational services in Iraq face many problems that have reduced the efficiency of the educational process, as a result of the difficult conditions experienced by educational services in Iraq. Complex-valued regular functions that are normalized in the open unit disk are vastly studied. The current study introduces a new fractional integrodifferential (non-linear) operator. Based on the pre-Schwarzian derivative, certain appropriate stipulations on the parameters included in this con-structed operator to be univalent and bounded are investigated and determined.

The purpose of the study is to identify the teaching techniques that mathematics' teachers use due to the Brain-based learning theory. The sample is composed of (90) teacher: (50) male, (40) female. The results have shown no significant differences between male and female responses' mean. Additionally, through the observation of author, he found a lack of using Brain-based learning techniques.
