This research aims to evaluate the teaching methods used by intermediate Arabic language teachers. To achieve the goal, the researcher followed the descriptive-analytical approach. The research sample was limited to Arabic language teachers at intermediate school for the academic year (2017-2018) the researcher chose a random sample included (155) teachers which form a (40%) Of the original community at Baghdad/ Rusafa1th. The researcher has developed standards of teaching methods which are (7) standards with (39) paragraphs included three alternatives. This research has targeted a prototype for the continuous development correction of the educational programs based on analyzing (61) evaluation studies through the correction study standard that prepared by the researcher, then she found indicators that approved by applying (Delphy) method.
The research aim has achieved through preparing a prototype which consists of four stages; they are:
1. Correcting the educational program framework
2. Correcting the educational program plan
3. Correcting the implementing processes of the educational program
4. Correcting the educational program outputs.

The research dealt with a comparative study between some semi-parametric estimation methods to the Partial linear Single Index Model using simulation. There are two approaches to model estimation two-stage procedure and MADE to estimate this model. Simulations were used to study the finite sample performance of estimating methods based on different Single Index models, error variances, and different sample sizes , and the mean average squared errors were used as a comparison criterion between the methods were used.
