Cephalexin and its derivatives are commonly utilized in the pharmaceutical and medicinal industry due to their biological and pharmaceutical activities, including anti-microbial, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, and herbicidal activities as well as possessing high palatability and being useful for skin and joint infections. Interestingly, some organic drugs, including cephalexin, which exhibit toxicological and pharmacological properties, can be administered in forms of metal complexes. Many researchers have synthesized organic ligands derived from cephalexin in forms of Schiff bases and azo compounds which exhibited higher biological and medicinal properties when compared to cephalexin alone. One of the important features that make Schiff base more desirable when used for coordination complexation is possessing the ability to coordinate with the metal ions via forming chelating rings, which make them very effective when it comes to clinical and analytical applications. In this review, we present the latest and most promising studies that are related to synthesizing organic derivatives of cephalexin and their drug-metal complexes as well as the biological activity that is associated with these complexes.
Background :The cotton factories have difference steps, spinning and weaving are van important parts of the factories. Cotton industry workers are exposed to various hazards in the different departments of textile factories. The major health problems associated with cotton dust are respiratory problems. This article aims to estimate the partially linear model by using two methods, which are the Wavelet and Kernel Smoothers. Simulation experiments are used to study the small sample behavior depending on different functions, sample sizes, and variances. Results explained that the wavelet smoother is the best depending on the mean average squares error criterion for all cases that used.

The problem of the study crystallized in the following main question: What is the role of media awareness in building the student’s personality according to the opinions of a sample of middle school students? The importance of the research derives from the importance of media awareness being an important variable in building the student’s personality. The sample size was (50) students at Al-Kadhimiya Al-Sabahiya Preparatory School for Boys. In this research, a scale was used to measure the role of media awareness in building personality through (16) items on three axes (cognitive, skill, emotional), and the validity and reliability of this scale were extracted, and the results showed the following:
