When a vehicle is left parked in the sun for an extended period, the gathered heat causes damage to several interiors within the cabin and causes discomfort for people and animals left inside the car. In the present work, the effect of the orientation of a parked white minibus on temperature distribution and cooling load calculation is studied experimentally in an open environment. Two different cases were studied facing south and facing east. For several hours, the temperature inside the car cabin had been monitored and measured at five separate locations. The current study presents an experimental investigation of heat transfer and flow characteristic for subcooled flow boiling of deionized water in the microchannel heat sink. The test section consisted of a single microchannel having 300μm wide nominal dimensions and 300μm height (hydraulic diameter of 300μm). The test section formed of oxygen-free copper with 72mm length and 12mm width. Experimental operation conditions spanned the heat flux (78-800) kW/m², mass flux (1700 and 2100) kg/m².s at 31˚C subcooled inlet temperature. The absorption spectrum for three types of metal ions in different concentrations has been studying experimentally and theoretically. The examination model is by Gaius model in order to find the best fitting curve and the equation controlled with this behavior. The three metal ions are (Copper chloride Cu⁺², Iron chloride Fe^+3, and Cobalt chloride Co⁺²) with different concentrations (10^-4, 10^-5, 10^-6, 10^-7) gm/m³. The spectroscopic study included UV-visible and fluorescence spectrum for all different concentrations sample. The results refer to several peaks that appear from the absorption spectrum in the high concentration of all metal ions solution.

The present work covers the Face-Hobbing method for generation and simulation of meshing of Face hobbed hypoid gear drive. In this work the generation process of hobbed hypoid gear has been achieved by determination of the generation function of blade cutter. The teeth surfaces have been drawn depending on the simulation of the cutting process and the head cutter motion. Tooth contact analysis (TCA) of such gear drive is presented to evaluate analytically the transmission error function for concave and convex tooth side due to misalignment errors.
