The paper is highlighting the athletics and heroic sports which encouraged and played at Greek and Islamic period. The paper is identifying the Islamic athletics and heroic sport and compare them with Greek sports, as it is the model of sports while the sport during the Islamic period was not undertaken by scientific researches or articles even in Wikipedia. Although, this period was encouraged and practice many sports such as archery, sword grappling and wrestling, equestrianism, jogging and running whereas there are many Arabic references revealed during the Islamic 610 A.D. while the Greek and Olympic was known at 732 A.D. The paper is followed the literature review and historical to shied a light scientifically about traditional sports as well introduce these sports to readers which might some people do not know them. Finally, the paper has indicated that there are similarities between the Islamic period sports and Greek period in many points.

The present study investigated the impact of fuel kind on the emitted emissions at the idling period. Three types of available fuels in Iraq were tested. The tests conducted on ordinary gasoline with an octane number of 82, premium gasoline with an octane number of 92, and M20 (consist of 20% methanol and 80% regular gasoline). The 2 liters Mercedes-Benz engine was used in the experiments.
The results showed that engine operation at idle speed emits high levels of CO, CO2, HC, NOx and noise. The produced emission levels depend highly on fuel type. Bottom hole pressure is reduced because of swabbing influence. Schiff bases, named after Hugo Schiff, are aldehyde- or ketone-like compounds in which the carbonyl group is replaced by imine or azomethine group. They are widely used for industrial purposes and also have a broad range of applications as antioxidants. An overview of antioxidant applications of Schiff bases and their complexes is discussed in this review.
