Neurogenic inflammation is pivotal in dental pulp repair, involving complex interactions between sensory nerves, immune cells, and dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs). This review aimed to identify the favorable pathways of neurogenic inflammation and neurogenic differentiation of DPSCs in the pulpal healing process. Also, to identify the techniques used to evaluate these inflammatory and differentiation processes. Both PubMed and Google Scholar databases were employed in the search strategy using keyword combinations based on MeSH terms. The search was performed for published articles in English from January 2014 to November 2024, including studies with histological and molecular findings. 29 articles only met the inclusion criteria. Neurogenic inflammation encompasses three main stages: initial (minutes to 24 h), intermediate (24 h to 3 days), and long-term response (3 days to several weeks). The immediate phase includes neuropeptide release, resulting in inflammation and recruitment of immune cells. The intermediate phase features the persistence of neuropeptides, nerve sprouting, and the initiation of repair processes. The long response phase involves resolving inflammation, angiogenesis, decreased neuropeptide levels, and neurogenesis mediated by DPSCs. Advanced methods such as IHC, RNA sequencing, electrophysiological studies, and micro-CT imaging have been employed to evaluate these mechanisms. However, limitations in real-time dynamic assessment highlight the necessity for more advanced and noninvasive procedures for direct evaluation of this complex process.
Objective This research investigates Breast Cancer real data for Iraqi women, these data are acquired manually from several Iraqi Hospitals of early detection for Breast Cancer. Data mining techniques are used to discover the hidden knowledge, unexpected patterns, and new rules from the dataset, which implies a large number of attributes. Methods Data mining techniques manipulate the redundant or simply irrelevant attributes to discover interesting patterns. However, the dataset is processed via Weka (The Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis) platform. The OneR technique is used as a machine learning classifier to evaluate the attribute worthy according to the class value. Results The evaluation is performed using

It was linked to contemporary social reality and what distinguishes this art is the most sophisticated and less aesthetic means and the most blatant in the field of media, ie back to the image used in the media, journalism, magazines, television and photo Which reflect the reality of the neutral artist. This research included the methodological framework represented by the research problem that emerged from pop art as a new experimental vision that emerged in the twentieth century and the importance of the research and its objectives and limits and the definition of terms. Commercial banks represent the main pivot in financing national economic activity and its development. The capital represents safety margin to depositors and represents a defense line that protects bank work from dangers. Basel committee requirements represent protection and comprehensive supervision to bank activities for depositors, debtors and the bank. It provides trust in bank dealings and tackles activities of high dangers. The most prominent of these requirements are capital adequacy that concerns bank management and supervision and auditing bodies such as the central bank and protecting banks that suffer weakness in its vital important borrowing activity that reflects weakness in implementing borrowing policy .The purpose

Most of the recent research indicates that silent human cytomegalovirus (HCMV), may have diverse roles in the initiation, development, and exacerbation of autoimmune diseases, such as coeliac Disease (CD) and inflammatory bowel disease. The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of HCMV infection in Iraqi patients with CD. Serum samples were obtained from 60 patients with CD, and from 60 healthy subjects. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the Anti-Transglutaminase IgG/IgA, Anti-gliadin IgA/ IgG, as well as the HCMV IgM/ IgG levels in the serum samples. Significantly higher percentage of positivity for seru
