Neurogenic inflammation is pivotal in dental pulp repair, involving complex interactions between sensory nerves, immune cells, and dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs). This review aimed to identify the favorable pathways of neurogenic inflammation and neurogenic differentiation of DPSCs in the pulpal healing process. Also, to identify the techniques used to evaluate these inflammatory and differentiation processes. Both PubMed and Google Scholar databases were employed in the search strategy using keyword combinations based on MeSH terms. The search was performed for published articles in English from January 2014 to November 2024, including studies with histological and molecular findings. 29 articles only met the inclusion criteria. Neurogenic inflammation encompasses three main stages: initial (minutes to 24 h), intermediate (24 h to 3 days), and long-term response (3 days to several weeks). The immediate phase includes neuropeptide release, resulting in inflammation and recruitment of immune cells. The intermediate phase features the persistence of neuropeptides, nerve sprouting, and the initiation of repair processes. The long response phase involves resolving inflammation, angiogenesis, decreased neuropeptide levels, and neurogenesis mediated by DPSCs. Advanced methods such as IHC, RNA sequencing, electrophysiological studies, and micro-CT imaging have been employed to evaluate these mechanisms. However, limitations in real-time dynamic assessment highlight the necessity for more advanced and noninvasive procedures for direct evaluation of this complex process.

Political terminology differs from any other type of terminology not only in the presence of political terminology, but also in content, structure, functions and the recipient who perceives it. Taking this into account, it is inappropriate to consider the semantic difficulties of translating Russian-language political terms solely at the semantic level. In our opinion, it is inextricably linked with the lexical, syntactic and grammatical levels. If we combine all 4 levels, then the following translation techniques can be distinguished: lexical borrowing (transcription / transliteration, tracing); modulation; generalization / concretization; omission / addition; descriptive translation; conversion [Komissarov 2013]. One of the most

This had been enhanced by checking the artistic works for different times and trying to understand and study the subjects of these paintings and how those works had been done. Did we reach to the result that the great success of the modern techniques had caused intellectual and psychological change inside the artist himself, making him changing his subjects & turning over the roof of his portrait and minimizing the time needed to fulfill the portrait and its ingredients. While comparing the artistic programme of J. Saleem and the views of E. Cassirer, the methodological potential of the theory of the symbol for the art criticism analysis of the regional painting is clarified. Comparative analysis with the inclusion of the works of B. Buffet, B. Turetsky, J. Miro helps to see the multiple meanings of the same cultural symbol in thematically similar works of different years, created in different socio-cultural circumstances. The article shows that for regions with a shorter history (France, Russia, Spain, etc.), which have lo

It situated above the common carotid artery between the external and internal branches immediately proximal to the internal jugular vein and facial nerves. The styloid process varies in length also it may be absent as well as elongated. Classically, an elongated styloid process and calcified of stylohyoid ligament causes Eagle’s syndrome. The aim of this study was to examine the styloid process using 3 dimensional multi-detector computed tomography (3D-MDCT) to detect the presence of Eagle’s syndrome that causes severe headache and migraine. Materials and methods: One hundred patients with severe headache and migraine were exposed to 3D- multi-detector CT with special
