Complexes of Au(III) ,Pd (II) , Pt (IV ) and Rh(III) with S – propynyle -2- thiobenzimidazole (BENZA) have been prepared and characterized by IR and UV- Visible spectral methods in addition to magnetic and conductivity measurements and micro – elemental analysis (CHN).The probable structures of the new complexes have been suggested.

  In this paper we introduced the concept of 2-pure submodules as a generalization of pure submodules, we study some of its basic properties and by using this concept we define the class of 2-regular modules, where an R-module M is called 2-regular module if every submodule is 2-pure submodule. Acid dissociation constants of some Schiff bases derived from 4, 6-dimethyl 2-amino pyrimidine of the type (1) in 50% V/V dioxane-water mixture in 0.003M KCl, at three different temperatures were determined potentiometrically. bstract The aim of this work covers the synthesis and characterization of the new tertra dentate ligand (H4L) containing (N and O) as donor set atoms kind (N2O2) where: H4L=Bis-1,2 (2,4- dihydroxybenzylediene phylinediamine .
