The search aims to clarify pollution to negative effects on environment and to an increasing in the dangerous polluted materials that discharged out these factories. To make active procedures in order to limit the environmental pollution.   

 The search problem came from an assumption which has the researched factory is suffering from the lack of applying the international specification      ( ISO 14004 ). The research problem assimilated by these questions:

1. What is the level or organization in thinking of environmental system according to ISO 14004 .
2. What are the requirements used in researched factor

The purpose of this study is to identify the extent of the EFL teachers’ implementationoftotal quality management (TQM)principles through teaching English as a foreign language in Iraqi secondary schools.A total of 180 EFL teachers fromsecondary schools in Baghdad during the academic year 2010/ 2011 participated in the study. Data was collected using a scale to identify the extent of implementation of total quality management principles by 140 EFL teachers in their classroom. To support the data collected from the scale,40 teachers were observed by EFL educational supervisors during their lessons. The collected data was analyzed using frequency, means and standard deviation to identify the extent of implementation of (TQM) principles.

     University Campuses, as any lively physical entity, is subject to continuous variation due to . growth, development and change. The aim of the research is to prepare motor sense exercises for developing motor and physiological abilities of backstroke and forward stroke service skill in badminton and investigated their effect. The research is adopted the experimental method with two groups design. The sample of the research is 8 players (13-15 years). The sample is divided into two groups of 4 players for each group. Both groups are exposed to pre and post tests, after the experimented were finished, the results are statically analyzed. The results have showed that there are positive developing abilities of motor and physiological of service skill in badminton. Finally, these prepared exercises are recommended for developing players’ abilities in badminton.
