The experiment involved two factors: the first with two levels of vermicompost at 0 and 5 tons ha-1, and the second by spraying the aqueous extract of conocarpus plant leaves at 0, 10, 20, and 30 g L-1 concentrations. Among 8 isolates, 5 (62.5%) S. aureus isolates were found to be enterotoxigenic, most of isolates produced at least two types of Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs). The laser used is the Q-switched Nd: YAG laser with 1064nm wavelength and 1Hz pulse repetition rate and varying laser energy 700mJ-1000mJ with 25 pulse.
