In this study, the synoptic analysis of dust storm for spring and summertime in Iraq were investigated. The images for dust provided by NASA are used to emphasize the dust storm days, while the composite maps of wind vector and geopotential 850hPa are mapped to investigate the pressure and wind direction patterns appearing with the dust condition in the same days. Spring has more dust frequency than summertime, especially in May.      The Wiener filter is widely used in image de-noising. It is used to reduce Gaussian noise. Although the Wiener filter removes noise from the image, it causes a loss of edge detail information, resulting in blurring of the image. The edge details are considered high-frequency components. The Wiener filter is unable to reconstruct these components. In this paper, the proposed filter based on the Wiener filter and the high-boost filter for medical images is presented. The proposed filter is applied to the degraded image. First, using Fourier Transformation, the degraded image and the high boost filter are converted in the frequency domain. Through this descriptive study of the image of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the independent Iraqi press, the researcher relies on surveys, content analysis, and observation tools. The research community selected was the Iraqi independent press, represented by the Al-Zaman, Al-Dustour, and Al-Mada newspapers. The researcher adopts the comprehensive inventory method for newspaper issues produced between October 2019 and January 2020.
