تعد الطوابع احدى وسائل الاتصال المهمة في المجتمع لما تتميز به من مستوى في القيمة الفنية والفكرية، فضلاً عن كونها وسيلة من وسائل الخطاب الاعلامي وذلك لتعدد وظائفها التي من ابرزها:التوثيق لمرحلة معينة وحدث ما.التداولية الرسمية للمراسلات المحلية والعالمية.الاعلانية كونها تعطي انطباعاً عن مراحل التطور والتقدم الاجتماعي والحضاري والسياسي للمجتمع.الدعائية لما تتضمنه من مفاهيم وأفكار وتوجهات سياسية واقتصادية

The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. A number of statistical tools have been used A number of conclusion have been reached and recommendations have also been suggested.

The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

This study aims at examining those two terms and the possibility of their functioning them in one of the general organizations and the questionnaire is used as atool to gather information that are distributed on asample consists of (50)employees and selected randomly from various organizationl levels.
