Effect of zinc chloride on the immune functions was studied in male albino mice aged 6-7 weeks. It was administrated orally (1ml) in three concentrations (0.5ppm, 1ppm, 2ppm) for 9 days. The results showed that the first concentration was not effective comparing with control while the second concentration increased the enhancement of immune system and the cell third one killed the mice 6 hours post administration, so we can conclude that the high dose of ZnCl2 could be harmful for all metabolism.
This study aims to evaluate the effect of aqueous extract stem of dried of Senna Alexandrıa using male mıce once daily at varying doses for 2 and weeks on hematological and histological changer in liver and kidney. In the acute toxicity aqueous extracted of dried stem of Senna Alexandrıa were administrated orally to mice up to 20-25 gr of body weight, in sub-acute study mice was daily administrated orally with same extraction at dose 500,1000,2000 mg/kg for 14 days . Hematological findings have shown in male group increase of RBC, HGB, HCT in increase of PIT in group treated with 500mg/ kg of body weight.
Body weight was increase after application of extract at the dose of 1000 and 2000 mg/ kg . T

The effects were Congestion ,Infiltration ,Swelling ,Vaculation ,Hyalinization , Amyloid and Necrosis.
The current study is an attempt to assess the cytogenotoxic potential of the ethanolic extract from the leaves of Borago officinalis on Swiss albino male mice. Young Swiss albino mice were orally administered with leaf ethanolic extract of Borago officinalis. Three mice groups were used using different doses of plant extract (T1: 100, T2: 200, and T3:400 mg\kg) in addition to the control negative group (untreated mice) for 7 days to assess mitotic index or 28 days to assess meiotic index. The results revealed that the extract significantly induced the division of disruptive chromosomal changes in the bone marrow and the mean of abnormality was (3.5±0.47, 4.43±0.83, and 5.83±0.96%) for T1, T2, and T3 re

The Study included 40 mice were divided on the five groups: the first group taken distilled water and become control group . the remaining group which are exposure with NFT drug in concentration (100-150-200-250) mg / kg, respectively, Doses were given orally for a period (month and two months). The results of histopathological changes included occurrence of congestion in the blood vessel and degeneration of spermatogonia and aggregation of spermatids in the lumen of semineferous tubules and inhibition of spermatogensis process and decrease of sperm inside the lumen

Twenty mice were used and divided into four groups control group and three groups that orally administrated with 100 mg/kg Cu-NPs for 7, 14 and 21 days and each group have 5 animals. Then, the blood was withdrawn from the animals to measure the level of the hormone testosterone in the next day after all the dosages period and then the animal was sacrificed. Seminal vesicles isolated from each animal and measured weight then histological sections were prepared to observe the changes of seminal vesicles sections. Then the morphometric was carried out to the lining cells and their nucleus and

Several studies, mostly achieved by serological assays, proposed a role for this bacteria in lung cancer risk. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the prevalence of Chlamydia pneuomoniae in fresh lung tissues of a sample of Iraqi patients with lung tumors, utilizing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. . Chlamydia pneumoniae DNA was detected in 86.67% of samples. Besides, DNA sequencing of 16S rRNA gene revealed that our isolate is closely related to Chlamydia pneumoniae TW183 strain. It is concluded that Chlamydia pneumoniae is found in fresh l

Imidacloprid is an internationally used neonicotinoid insecticide due to its significant toxicity to insects. Its residues may reach the food chain, which is important for examining the potentially harmful properties of imidacloprid exposure. The current study aimed to characterize the histopathological effects of imidacloprid on the liver of male rabbits.
The Imidacloprid administration daily at the two chronic oral doses of (45 mg/kg and 90 mg/kg, daily) for 37 days. Treated male rabbits groups for treatment concentrations revealed many histopathological changes in the liver, such as congestion o
