In this research we present An idea of setting up same split plots experiments in many locations and many periods by Latin Square Design. This cases represents a modest contribution in area of design and analysis of experiments. we had written (theoretically)  the general plans, the mathematical models for these experiments, and finding the derivations of EMS for each component (source) of sources of variation of the analysis of variance tables which uses for the statistical analysis for these expirements

Important risk factors for recurrent UTI include obstruction of the urinary tract, use of a bladder catheter or a suppressed immune system. This study aims to isolate and identify bacteria from patients with TCC-bladder cancer or patients with a negative cystoscope and estimate antibiotic susceptibility patterns and evaluate some of the virulence factors. Schiff base derived from PVA and Erythroascorbic acid derivative (pentulosono-ɣ-lactone-2, 3-enedianisoate) was synthesized and characterized by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and FTIR spectra, aldehyde was also characterized by (U.V-Vis), 1HNMR, 13CNMR and mass spectra. The inhibitory effect of prepared polymer on the activity of human serum Cholinesrerase has been studied in vitro.
