Abstract  :

The present study aims at identifying the status of the two research variables in the organization under study and specifying the relationship and impact of the authentic leadership with all its four branch dimensions of (self-awareness, transparent relations, balanced processing of information and the moral perspective) on business process reengineering.

The basic problem of the study lies in the attempt to present a new leadership style that is more responsive to the dynamic changes surrounding it based on the authentic leadership behaviors. This is because this pattern has an impact on the nature of the organization's work and its progress.

The effect of mixed corrosion inhibitors in cooling system was evaluated by using carbon steel specimens and weight loss analysis. The carbon steel specimens immersed in mixture of sodium phosphate (Na₂ HPO₄) used as corrosion inhibitor and sodium glocunate (C₆ H₁₁ NaO₇) as a scale dispersant at different concentrations (20,40, 60, 80 ppm) and at different temperature (25,50,75 and 100)ºC for (1-5) days. The corrosion inhibitors efficiency was calculated by using uninhibited and inhibited water to give 98.1%. This study was conducted in the poultry field of the Department of Animal Production/ College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences / University of Baghdad for the period from 42 days. Aiming to know the effect of using shrimp waste powder (Metapenaeus Affinis) and enzyme in broilers diet on physiological and microbial performance and indicators of fat oxidation in meat. 250 one-day-old ROSS308 chicks were used. The chicks were fed on diets containing shrimp waste treated with enzyme and not treated with protease enzyme by 0,4,6 %.     The examination of gills of the common carp Cyprinus carpio revealed the presence of two species of the family Trichodinidae belonging to the genus Dipartiella (Raabe, 1959) Stein, 1961 namely D. indiana Saha and Bandyopadhyay, 2017 and D. kazubski Mitra and Bandyopadhyay, 2009 for the first time in Iraq from Al-Graiat location on the Tigris River at Baghdad city. This also represents the first record of the genus Dipartiella from fishes of Iraq. The descriptions and measurements of these two parasite species as well as their illustrations were given.

The phenomenon of negative behavior has studied as a social and psychological phenomenon that effect on the performance and life of workers inside and outside the organization.
