The reaction of 2, 4, 6-trihydroxyactophenonemonohydrate with hydrazine monohydrate was realized under reflux in methanol and a few drops of glacial acetic acid were added to give the (intermediate) 2-(1-hydrazono-ethyl)-benzene-1, 3, 5-triol, which reacted with salicylaldehyde in methanol to give a new type (NO) ligand [HL][(2-1-[(2-hydroxy-benzyliidene)-hydrazono]-ethyl) benzene-1, 3, 5-triol. The ligand was reacted with Mcl.(where M-Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn) under reflux in methanol with (l: 1) ratio to give complexes of the general formula [M (HL)]. All compounds have been characterized by spectroscopic methods I" H NMR, IR. UV-Vis, HPLC, atomic absorption] microanalysis along with conductivity measurement. This research aims to modify the components of stainless steel alloy by the method of surface engineering through the single diffusion coating technique in order to obtain new alloys with high efficiency in resisting harsh environmental conditions. Steam a mixture of sodium chloride ( ) and sodium sulfate ( ) at a temperature of 900 and then compare it with the base alloy. The main objective of the present study is to measure the chemical soil properties (total dissolved salts (TDS), Electrical conductivity (EC), PH, and) and the spatial variability. In this research, a selection of some mineral water was selected on the basis of being the most marketed by the owners of shops in Najaf province, with six types, where daily samples of this water were taken by 50 ml for two months from (1/11/2018 -1/1/2019). The following ions concentrations were measured (Br-, Cl-, F-, NO3-, SO42-, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+), pH and the electrical conductivity were measured and the results were compared with the allowable rates according to the international organizations. The sample consisted of (60) students from one of the middle schools in Baghdad's governorate. The experimental group and control group consisted of 30 students for each group, the research tool was the life skills scale composed of (78) items. The scale proved its validity and reliability, which was found to be (0.85). The results showed a statistically significant difference in life skills between the two groups of research in favor of the experimental group, which studied the educational design according to models of constructivism theory compared to the usual method of teaching.
