   In this study, the bacteria from sputum specimens of patients with respiratory tract infections were isolated in   IbnSina Teaching Hospital, Mosul city, Iraq.  The bacteria  were subjected to phenotypic and biochemical tests necessary for identification. Twenty five isolates of six different bacterial species were obtained, they are : Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumonia, Moraxella cattarhalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pnuemoniae and Pseudomona saeruginosa with ratios (64%, 12%, 8%, 8%, 4% and 4% ) respectively.     This paper is concerned with a Coupled Reaction-diffusion system defined in a ball with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. Firstly, we studied the blow-up set showing that, under some conditions, the blow-up in this problem occurs only at a single point. Secondly, under some restricted assumptions on the reaction terms, we established the upper (lower) blow-up rate estimates. Finally, we considered the Ignition system in general dimensional space as an application to our results.

Copula modeling is widely used in modern statistics. The boundary bias problem is one of the problems faced when estimating by nonparametric methods, as kernel estimators are the most common in nonparametric estimation. In this paper, the copula density function was estimated using the probit transformation nonparametric method in order to get rid of the boundary bias problem that the kernel estimators suffer from. Using simulation for three nonparametric methods to estimate the copula density function and we proposed a new method that is better than the rest of the methods by five types of copulas with different sample sizes and different levels of correlation between the copula variables and the different parameters for the function. The geometry of azo compounds was resolved on the basis of (C.H.N) analyses, 1H and 13CNMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic mechanisms.
