Real life scheduling problems require the decision maker to consider a number of criteria before arriving at any decision. In this paper, we consider the multi-criteria scheduling problem of n jobs on single machine to minimize a function of five criteria denoted by total completion times (∑), total tardiness (∑), total earliness (∑), maximum tardiness () and maximum earliness (). The single machine total tardiness problem and total earliness problem are already NP-hard, so the considered problem is strongly NP-hard.

   This research presents a comparison of performance between recycled single stage and double stage hydrocyclones in separating water from water/kerosene emulsion. The comparison included several factors such as: inlet flow rate (3,5,7,9, and 11 L/min), water feed concentration (5% and 15% by volume), and split ratio (0.1 and 0.9). The experiment was conducted to study the effect of leaves extract of Salvia sclarea , Rosmarinus officinalis and Thymus vulgaris with 10% and 30% concentration on germination of seeds and growth of seedlings . The effect of these extracts on infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of Rhizoctonia solani . The results showed that the three extracts effected significantly to reduced percentage of seeds germination, acceleration of germination , promoter indicator , infection percentage of seeds decay and surface growth of R. solani especially in 30% concentration .
