The aim of the work is synthesis and characterization of bidentate ligand [3-(3-acetylphenylamino)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-3-enone][HL], from the reaction of dimedone with 3-amino acetophenone to produce the ligand [HL], the reaction was carried out in dry benzene as a solvent under reflux. The prepared ligand [HL] was characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, 1H, 13C-NMR spectra, Mass spectra, (C.H.N) and melting point. The mixed ligand complexes were prepared from ligand [HL] was used as a primary ligand while 8-hydroxy quinoline [HQ] was used as a secondary ligand with metal ion M(Π).Where M(Π) = (Mn ,Co ,Ni ,Cu ,Zn ,Cd and Pd) at reflux ,using ethanol as a solvent, KOH as a base. Complexes of the composition [M(L)(Q)] with (1:1:1) molar ratio were prepared . All the complexes were characterized by spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy) along with elemental analysis (A.A), chloride content and melting point measurements were carried out, together with conductivity and magnetic susceptibility. These measurements showed tetrahedral geometry around (MnІІ, CoІІ, NiІІ, CuІІ, Zn ІІ and CdІІ) ions and square planner around (PdІІ) ion. The biological activity of the ligands [HL],[HQ] and complexes (MLQ) were studied using inhibition method.
The widespread use of the Internet of things (IoT) in different aspects of an individual’s life like banking, wireless intelligent devices and smartphones has led to new security and performance challenges under restricted resources. The Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) is the most suitable choice for the environments due to the smaller size of the encryption key and changeable security related parameters. However, major performance metrics such as area, power, latency and throughput are still customisable and based on the design requirements of the device.
The present paper puts forward an enhancement for the throughput performance metric by p

This research is based on monitoring the local and environmental technologies in the design of the temporary hotel units (nomadic tents) in the desert in the south of Jordan in order to air condition them in summer and winter, maintaining the Jordanian identity, that they are presented with the form and technologies of the age in order to get to the universality.
The research adopted the descriptive analytical method and the researcher conducted the analysis of SWOT specified for the analysis of the positive and negative aspects in the design of the temporary hotel units and comparing them with the case studies available in the chosen research area "the Jordanian golden triangle", through the elements of the case under study. The res
Objective: To assess the functional outcome, time to union, shoulder pain, blood loss, operative time, iatrogenic radial nerve injury, hospitalization, and infection. Methodology: It is a prospective randomized study on 30 patients with mid-shaft humerus fracture according to AO classification (1.2A1, 2, 3 and 1,2B) with functioning radial nerve. They were randomly dividing into two groups. Group A were treated by a closed antegrade interlocking nail, and group B treated by open reduction and locked compression plate fixation. The follow-up was up to 6 months, including time to union, shoulder pain, intraoperative blood loss, operative time and iatrogenic radial nerve injury. Functional outcome was assessed by quick DASH score. Resu

An efflux pump inhibitor (EPI) is required to overcome this challenge and restore the effectiveness of antibiotics against the present MDR K. pneumoniae. Objective: To investigate the synergistic effect of the EPI Phenylalanine-Arginine β-Naphthylamide (PaβN) and Ciprofloxacin (CIP) on the expression of efflux pump genes AcrAB-TolC, isolated from CIP-resistant K. pneumoniae. Methods: 50 isolates of K. pneumoniae were collected from five different hospitals in Baghdad, Iraq. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values

Methodology: A pre-experimental design (one group design: pre-test and post-test) was used. This study was conducted in Al-Diwaniya Teaching Hospital for the period from ( 20th February to 5th March, 2020) on a non-probability (purposive) sample consisting of (25 nurses) working in ICU. A questionnaire was built as a data collection tool and consisted of two parts:
First part: The demographic characteristics of the nursing staff (age, gender, level of education, years of experien

Methodology: A quasi-experimental design study conducing on (140) student purposely in four secondary schools at Al-sadder city (70) student for study group and (70) for control group. The prevalence of PMS selected through American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) (2015) criterias to select PMS students before program. The education program were set in four steps, the first step (pre-test) is to assess the knowledge , before the implementation of the program, the second step is implementing the program, following two steps post-test I and II between each test two weeks. Abstract: In the present work, the heat transfer of Nano Aluminum Oxide -NAO- has been studied practically to define the appropriate insulation conditions. This study focuses on finding of the amount of heat transfer through a glass substrate that is coated with nanoalumina doped on PMMA matrix. The optical and thermal properties were systematically investigated. The density of heat flow rate, was calculated in the range values (240-260) W/m2 while the optimum values confine between (250-260) W/m2 at temp. (25-35)Co. The results showed that the thermal insulation of the sample was significantly enhanced at temp. (30-50)Co. The simulated net heat transfer through window decreased linearly with incr
