This study presented more than twenty books that dealt with the subject of (Weights of the Tawshih art), whether their study was independent and dedicated the art of Tawshih as a part of book. Therefore, the review of the sources and references on the art of the Tawshih is not specific for place or time, it was a broad and comprehensive review of all the places where the muwashahat appeared in the east and west, Andalusia was one of the most important areas covered by the study arbic Maghreb and Iraq. The art of tawshih took different forms according to the countries in which they appeared. Muwashahat is a new art that appeared in Andalusia, its main goal was to renew the Khalilian weights and to find the poetic rhythm that fits with the social life in Andalusia, which tends to sing and music.
Biological activity of the carotenoids which are produced fromchemically-mutaed local isolate of Rhodotorula mucilaginosawas studied. The results showed variation of inhibition activity of caritenoids against different types of pathogenic bacteria include, Staph aureus, E. coli, B. subtilis and Salmo. typh., the number declined from 2×107cell/ml to 2×104, 5×104, 2×105, 9×105 cell/ml respectively after 24hour. The produced carotenoids from alocal mutant Rhodotorula mucilaginosa revealed an antioxidant activity as free radical removal of 85.6%. The total sample was (231) and consisted of (83) male and (148) female students. Each student presented a detailed report on the qualities he/she wished to be in life partner.
