Hartree-Fock calculations for even-even Tin isotopes using
Skyrme density dependent effective nucleon-nucleon interaction are
discussed systematically. Skyrme interaction and the general formula
for the mean energy of a spherical nucleus are described. The charge
and matter densities with their corresponding rms radii and the
nuclear skin for Sn isotopes are studied and compared with the
experimental data. The potential energy curves obtained with
inclusion of the pairing force between the like nucleons in Hartree-
Fock-Bogoliubov approach are also discussed.

Determining the actual amounts of active ingredients in various pharmaceutical commercial forms is still receiving a lot of attention. Two flow injection analysis (FIA) methods were suggested for determination of mesalazine (MES) in pharmaceutical forms. Normal and reverse FIA systems (nFIA and rFIA) combined with UV-Vis spectrophotometric technique were used for the analysis. The methods involved using two mods of FIA systems for measuring a colored product result from coupling of MES with 2,2'-dihydroxybiphenyl after oxidized with sodium periodate in alkaline medium. Based on the streamer growth model, the streamer discharge propagation was simulated in aid of finite element technique. That was done within two non- mixed dielectric liquids (Normal-Hexane and Acetone) located between two electrodes in pin - plane configuration. The output results show that, the path of the streamer was affected by the interface between the two liquids; the streamer path crosses this interface under some conditions such as the permittivity of the liquids and the distance between this interface and the tip of the pin.
