For businesses that provide delivery services, the efficiency of the delivery process in terms of punctuality is very important. In addition to increasing customer trust, efficient route management, and selection are required to reduce vehicle fuel costs and expedite delivery. Some small and medium businesses still use conventional methods to manage delivery routes. Decisions to manage delivery schedules and routes do not use any specific methods to expedite the delivery settlement process. This process is inefficient, takes a long time, increases costs and is prone to errors. Therefore, the Dijkstra algorithm has been used to improve the delivery management process. A delivery management system was developed to help managers and drivers

Show MoreDetermining the face of wearing a mask from not wearing a mask from visual data such as video and still, images have been a fascinating research topic in recent decades due to the spread of the Corona pandemic, which has changed the features of the entire world and forced people to wear a mask as a way to prevent the pandemic that has calmed the entire world, and it has played an important role. Intelligent development based on artificial intelligence and computers has a very important role in the issue of safety from the pandemic, as the Topic of face recognition and identifying people who wear the mask or not in the introduction and deep education was the most prominent in this topic. ... Show MoreJPEG is most popular image compression and encoding, this technique is widely used in many applications (images, videos and 3D animations). Meanwhile, researchers are very interested to develop this massive technique to compress images at higher compression ratios with keeping image quality as much as possible. For this reason in this paper we introduce a developed JPEG based on fast DCT and removed most of zeros and keeps their positions in a transformed block. Additionally, arithmetic coding applied rather than Huffman coding. The results showed up, the proposed developed JPEG algorithm has better image quality than traditional JPEG techniques.

... Show MoreMultiplicative inverse in GF (2 m ) is a complex step in some important application such as Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and other applications. It operates by multiplying and squaring operation depending on the number of bits (m) in the field GF (2 m ). In this paper, a fast method is suggested to find inversion in GF (2 m ) using FPGA by reducing the number of multiplication operations in the Fermat's Theorem and transferring the squaring into a fast method to find exponentiation to (2 k ). In the proposed algorithm, the multiplicative inverse in GF(2 m ) is achieved by number of multiplications depending on log 2 (m) and each exponentiation is operates in a single clock cycle by generating a reduction matrix for high power of two ex

Community structures are fundamental in understanding the structure and functionality of complex networks. Different optimization algorithms, including both single-objective and multi-objective approaches, have been employed to address the challenge of community detection. Recently, multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MOEAs) have attracted many researchers to identify communities in static networks. Many algorithms have been proposed to find a solution that achieves a trade-off between exploring new areas of the solution space and improving the quality of existing solutions. In this trade-off is crucial; whereas exploitation improves existing solutions, it may fail to find better solutions from insufficiently explored regions o
... Show MoreIn this work, excess properties (eg excess molar volume (VE), excess viscosity (ȠE), excess Gibbs free energy of activation of viscos flow (ΔG* E) and molar refraction changes (ΔnD) of binary solvent mixtures of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFA) with aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene and p-xylene) have been calculated. This was achieved by determining the physical properties including density ρ, viscosity Ƞ and refraction index nD of liquid mixtures at 298.15 K. Results of the excess parameters and deviation functions for the binary solvent mixtures at 298.15 K have been discussed by molecular interactions that occur in these mixtures. Generally, parameters showed negative values and have been found to fit well to Redlich-Kister
