New 2-amino thiazole ,oxodiazole, sulphonilamide and diazin derivatives of N-(α-chloro aceto)-3-(tolyl imino)-5-bromo-2-oxo-indole(2) have been synthesized .The preparation process started by the reaction of 5-bromo isatin with P-toluidine in the presence of glacial acetic acid and dimethylformamide(DMF) as a solvent to give 3-(tolyl imino)5-bromo-1H-indole-2-one.(1), Compound (1) with sodium hydride in dimethylformamide(DMF) at 0C0 gave a suspension of the sodium salt of Schiff base derivative and subsequent reaction with monochloroacetylchloride obtained the intermediate compound(2).Compound(2) was reacted with different reagents in four routes.The first route involved direct reaction with substituted 2-aminobenzothiazole u

Isolation and Idintification of candida albicans from vagina and Study of some Virulance Factors
197 vaginal swabs were collected from women of different ages. (60) Isolates of Candida albicans (30.4%) were obtained, and the other species of Candida represent (18.27%). Bacterial infections showed (41.11%), and infection with Trichomonas vaginalis was (2.03%). Ten isolates of C. albicans were chosen randomly for farther study which include two virulence factors tendency of adhesion wich showed a percentage of (52%) to(32%) , and the ability to produce phospholipaze enzyme and it’s activity which showed (50%) of the isolates have the ability to produce the enzyme in different degrees .

An anatomical and chemical comparison study of Epipremnum aureum cultivated in soil and soilless
The present study took up the different ways to cultivate the species Epipremnum aureum by two habitat water and soil and comber the anatomical features of the root, stem, and leaf. The results showed amazing significant anatomical features to the ecosystem. The root and stem anatomy showing decrease in all characters that studied but the leaf anatomy showing increase of palisade, spongy tissue thickness, midrib thickness, number of vessels in the xylem also the long and width of stomata of the soilless plants than soil ones. The upper epidermis empty from the stomata for the two treatment and the stoma diffuse in the lower epidermis, the type of it paracytic type. A Strategy for Automatic Quality Signing and Verification Processes for Hardware and Software Testing
We propose a novel strategy to optimize the test suite required for testing both hardware and software in a production line. Here, the strategy is based on two processes: Quality Signing Process and Quality Verification Process, respectively. Unlike earlier work, the proposed strategy is based on integration of black box and white box techniques in order to derive an optimum test suite during the Quality Signing Process.
