Tamoxifen citrate (TAM) is one of the most regularly used therapy in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. Although it is a successful treatment, there is a problem with its bioavailability, accordingly this study was designed to improve TAM solubility and reduce its associated toxicity. TAM-Loaded poly (D, L-lactide –co- glycolide) nanostructure (TAM-loaded PLGA) has been synthesized and employed both in vitro and in vivo experiments. The blood hemolysis induced by TAM- loaded PLGA was 4.6 % at 200 µg mL^-1, indicating that this nano-construct led to increased red blood cell protection. Even though these phenomena had reflections in the communication domain like development and changes in the mechanism of behaviours between the international communities, they created in the meantime a phenomenon that caused an imbalance in the production, spread and the use of the informations that were supposed to be for fewer than 5 countries whereas it actually it is for more than 180 countries.

In this research calculate the ecliptic and equatorial coordinates for the Moon , Sun and Jupiter through 100 years and calculate the distances between the Moon and the Earth , the Sun and the Earth , Jupiter and the Sun, Jupiter and the Earth . From Calculation and discussion the changes in the equatorial coordinate were: Δ , Δ δJ = (22.73+21.93, 23.28+22.99) , and the maximum values and minimum values for the Moon were: Rm(min) = 0.00239,0.00240 and Rm(max) = 0.0027,0.00272 , and Jupiter RJ(min) = 4.99077,4.99966 and RJ(min) = 5.44469,5.45057 , and the periods change preface to calculate the conjunction of the Moon and Jupiter.
