The study's goals were to separate and identify endophytic fungi from Aloe vera leaves by looking at their morphology and molecules, as well as to find the chemical compounds in the leaf extract by using HPLC, GC, and GC-Mass instruments. The results showed that 53 endophytic fungi were isolated from a total of 120 pieces of A. vera leaves, with a total colonization rate of 44.16%. (Bosid.)    were    Fed     on    different    concentrations    of    biological insecticides (Agerin) and growth  regulators (Match) for ( 5, 3 and one days) .The results showed  that Agerin at 1.5 giL caused   99.9 , 99.9. and  96.9  %  accumulative killing  percentages  while    0.5  g/L  of  this biological  insecticidt::s resulted  in  92.96 , 58.9 and 33.3% in the three periods  of  feeding  

Foreign body embolization is a rare but serious iatrogenic complication that might necessitate transcatheter or even surgical retrieval. A broken double-lumen catheter was snared using a goose neck snare kit. The procedure was successful, and the patient experienced no further complications.

This work includes the synthesis and identification of ligand {3-((4-acetylphenyl)amino)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex2-en-1-one} (HL* ) by the treatment of 5,5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione with 4-aminoacetophenone under reflux.
