In this study negative result of real-time reverse transcription-QPCR (RT-PCR) assay
tests of Influenza virus of nasal screetion and throat swap samples of Iraqi patients
hospitalized with signs and symptoms of an upper respiratory tract infection in Central
Republic Health Laboratory in Iraq were tested for Respiratory Syncytial Virus
infection by RT PCR .Positive samples was 4 out 0f 20 were used .Viral isolation was
done on a monolayer of 70-80% confluent Human Lung Carcinoma Cells (A549) cell
line and incubated at 33ºC for 4 days .Syncytia was observed in 3 positive samples.

Fourteen morphologically varied Ricinus communis L. seeds were collected from different localities in Egypt, El-Sudan and Saudi Arabia. Seed morphology and ITS barcoding analysis were performed to assess their diversity and phylogenetic relationship. Sequence’s alignment of nrITS region from different accessions display high levels of genetic similarities. Cluster analysis could not group different accessions according to their geographical distribution. An optimization study was conducted to determine the optimal operating pressure for the oil and gas separation vessels in the West Qurna 1 oil field. The ASPEN HYSYS software was employed as an effective tool to analyze the optimal pressure for the second and third-stage separators while maintaining a constant operating pressure for the first stage. The analysis involved 10 cases for each separation stage, revealing that the operating pressure of 3.0 Kg/cm2 and 0.7 Kg/cm2 for the second and third stages, respectively, yielded the optimum oil recovery to the flow tank. These pressure set points were selected based on serval factors including API gravity, oil formation volume factor, and gas-oil ratio from the flow tank.    To impro
