This research aims to understand how Middle Eastern issues are addressed in talk shows on foreign Arabic-speaking channels, taking “France 24 Arabic” as a model. It seeks to determine the channel’s level of attention to Middle Eastern issues in talk shows, the nature of the guests invited, the methods used to address the issues, and the professional characteristics of the program host. The structural, optical properties of copper oxide thin films ( CuO) thin films which have been prepared by thermal oxidation with exist air once and oxygen another have been studied. Structural analysis results of Cu thin films demonstrate that the single phase of Cu with high a crystalline structure with a preferred orientation (111). X-ray diffraction results confirm the formation of pure (CuO) phase in both methods of preparation. The optical constant are investigated and calculated such as absorption coefficient, refractive index, extinction coefficient and the dielectric constants for the wavelengths in the range (300-1100) nm.

ABSTRACT This paper has a three-pronged objective: offering a unitary set of semantic distinctive features to the analysis of nominal “hatred synonyms” in the lexicon of both English and Standard Arabic (SA), applying it procedurally to test its scope of functionality crosslinguistically, and singling out the closest noun synonymous equivalents among the membership of the two sets in this particular lexical semantic field in both languages. The componential analysis and the matching procedures carried have been functional in identifying ten totally matching equivalents (i.e. at 55.6%), and eight partially matching ones (i.e. at %44.4%).
