عرف العرب ، منذ القدم ، الأحجار الكريمة وعنوا بإقتناء أنواعا عديدة منها ، حيث كانت من أهم واردات سكان بلاد وادي الرافدين من السومريين والبابليين ثم الآشوريين ، كما عرفها المصريون القدماء وغيرهم من الشعوب القديمة ، فوجدت في قبورهم ومدافنهم وخزائن كنوزهم، مثل الياقوت الأحمر واللازورد واللؤلؤ . بالإضافة إلى ذلك فقد كان معدني الذهب والفضة من المعادن الوفيرة في هذه البلاد ، ولها الأولوية في صناعة الحلي.

تحتل أدوات السياسة المالية (الإنفاقية والإيرادية) مكانة مهمة بين أدوات السياسات الاقتصادية الأخرى لما تتمتع به من تأثيرات اقتصادية واجتماعية على مجمل النشاط الاقتصادي .

     وفي بحثنا هذا سنركز على الآثار الاجتماعية لأدوات السياسة المالية (الإنفاق العام والإيراد العام) لما للتنمية الاجتماعية من أهمية متزايدة في عالمنا اليوم خاصة فيما يتعلق بمقوماتها غير المادية المتمثلة في خدما

إن التغيرات السريعة والبعيدة المدى في تكنولوجيا المعلومات القائمة على أساس الالكترونيات الدقيقة تساعد في حدوث تحول في صورة الاقتصاد العالمي، وكذلك تساعد في تغيير المزايا التنافسية للبلدان، وربط المؤسسات البعيدة ببعضها البعض، ونشر الخدمات المالية على نطاق عالمي، وكذلك إثارة مشكلات جديدة او العكس فتح فرص جديدة أمام تنمية ونمو أفقر البلدان .

This research examines the future of television work in light of the challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI). The study aims to explore the impact of AI on the form and content of television messages and identify areas where AI can be employed in television production. This study adopts a future-oriented exploratory approach, utilizing survey methodology.
