Two ligand ortho-amino phenyl thio benzyl (L1) and 1,3 bis (ortho - amino phenyl thio ) acetone (L2) and their complexes have been prepared and characterized . The L1 ligand is lossing phenyl group on complexcation and forming 1,2 bis (ortho - amino phenyl thio ) ethane L3 and this tetrahedrally coordinated to the metal ion ( M+2 = Ni , Cu , Cd ) and octahedrally coordinated with mercury and cobalt ions , while the ligand L2 is behave as tridentate ligand forming octahedrally around chrome metal ion . Structural , diagnosis were established by i.r , Uv- visible , conductivity elemental analysis and (mass spectra , H nmr spectra for( L1 , L2 ) .
I've been in this work to prepare some complexes containing mixed Kandat with some transitional elements which new complexes according to the best of our knowledge and to refer to the information from the Internet until I have been studying this diagnosis Aalmakdat
A Schiff base ligand (L) was used as primary ligand and potassium anthranilate (Anth) was used as the secondary ligand in the molar ratio M: L:2Anth to synthesize a new platinum(IV) mixed-ligand complex [Pt(L)(Anth)₂]Cl₂. The Schiff base ligand was synthesized by the condensation of 4-Aminoantipyrine with 4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde and was verified as a bidentate ligand. The UV-visible, FT-IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, CHN elemental analysis, molar conductance, chloride ion determination and melting point measurements were used to characterize the ligand and the complex. The results of the molar conductance showed that the electrolytic behavior was 1:2, where the two chloride ions were present outside the coordination sphere, while the spectroscopi

The reaction of 2,6-diformyl-4-methyl-phenol with ethylenediamine in mole ratios of 2:1 gave the precursor 3,3′-(1E,1′E)-(ethane-1,2-diylbis(azan-1-yl-1ylidene))bis(methan-1-yl-1-ylidene)bis(2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzaldehyde) W. Condensation of the precursor with 2-(amino-methyl)pyridine in mole ratios of 1:2 gave the new N6O2 multidentate Schiff-base ligand H2L. Upon complex formation, the ligand behaves as a dibasic oct

So, new coumarin derivatives (hydrazones and an amide) were synthesized through multisteps reactions. All the synthesized target compounds were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, 1HNMR analysis. The compounds then evaluated for their anti-bacterial activity by means of well-diffusion method against two gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae) and two gram-negative bacteria (E.coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa). Three ligands were prepared, spectroscopic method and elemental analysis verified their structures. The L1 and L2 ligands are flavylium salts while the third one L3 is a Flavon. The reactions between transition metal salts and the ligands have synthesized two groups of new metal complexes, one group contains L1, L3 coordinated with the metal ion. The other group contains L2, L3 and the metal. These complexes have been identified by available spectroscopic tools (UV-Visible and IR), the C.H.N results confirmed the proposed structures. The experimental data disclosed that the complexes were coordinated by 6the coordinate with mono-and bidentate ligands forming octahedral structure, in which L3 acts as monodentate and L1, L2 as bidentate ligan
