In this work, the photocatalytic degradation of indigo carmine (IC) using zinc oxide suspension was studied. The effect of influential parameters such as initial indigo carmine concentration and catalyst loading were studied with the effect of Vis irradiation in the presence of reused ZnO was also investigated. The increased in initial dye concentration decreased the photodegradation and the increased catalyst loading increased the degradation percentage and the reused-ZnO exhibits lower photocatalytic activity than the ZnO catalyst. Background: Astrocytoma, is heterogeneous tumor of the nervous system and studies on the virulence of these tumors reveal that their behavior is led by small population of cells which are the brain tumor stem cells (BTSCs) that drive the continuous proliferation and self-renewal. From the many markers that annotate BTSCs, are the CD133, and NESTIN.

Objectives: Using CD133, to immunolabel BTSCs niches in paraffin sections of astrocytoma then, extraction of these cells, to calculate fold expression of NESTIN gene across the grades by real time PCR.

       The implicit is the narrative technique used to give indirect hidden messages. To read between the lines means to understand the implicit meaning that is not directly indicated. This technique is expressed in two forms: the hypothesis and the implications of linguistic and non-linguistic rules. Nathalie Sarraute’s "Pour un oui ou pour un non" states this narrative method through her character’s verbal and non-verbal dialogue. The present paper discusses the implicit method and shows the reason behind which  the author uses it in her play "Pour un oui ou pour un non".
