4, 4s (pyridine 2, 6 diylbis (1, 3, 4 oxadiazole 5, 2 diyl)) bisphenol monomer (3) was synthesized from cyclization of Ns2, Ns6 bis (4 hydroxybenzylidene) pyridine 2, 6 dicarbohydrazide (2) in the presence of bromine in glacialacetic acid. Newly five polymers (P1P5) were synthesized from reaction bis 1, 3, 4 oxadiazole bisphenolmonomer with five different di acid chloride. The antibacterial activity of the synthesized polymers was screened against gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Polymers P4 and P5 exhibited significant antibacterial against all microorganisms, as well these polymers showed highest antifungal activity.

Samples of Oxytricha falax were collected from Tigris River by 55µ. mesh net. Culturing of O. falax were cultivated in specific conditions (DO 3-5mg/l.; W.Temp. 24±1ºC; pH: 6.8-7.5).The effect of various furfural concentration 0, 20, 40, 80,100 and 124 ppm and toluene concentration 0, 15, 30, 34.2, 34.5 and 35 ppm after two periods of treatment (24 and 48 hr.) on the physiological parameters of O. falax ciliate were observed. This study concerns the isolation of oil degraded bacterial samples from oil polluted soil in Al-Dora refinery/ Baghdad – Iraq. Soil samples (15) were on mineral salt agar medium (MSM) used to screen the oil degrading bacteria by forming clear zones around the colonies. To confirm the degradation of oil by these bacteria, the isolates were inoculated in mineral salt broth, 15 isolates of Pseudomonas spp. was detected from which two isolates identified as P. aeruginosa by morphological, physical and biochemical characteristics that confirmed by using Vitick identification system. Rhizobium bacteria was isolated from the root nodules of Medicago sativa plants and, based on morphological and some biochemical properties, it was characterized as Sinorhizobium meliloti. We studied the ability of this isolate, as well as that of Agrobacterium rhizogenes R1601, to produce the auxin  indole acetic acid (IAA). For purposes of control, both isolates, in the absence of tryptophan-L, were similarly tested. The identification of IAA was achieved by checking the colour reactions with Salkowski’s reagent. Teachers' self-efficacy plays a very important role in the process of teaching English language, and teachers have primary role in determining what is needed or what would work best with their students. The sample consists of eighty-seven English language teachers in secondary schools in Baghdad/Kaarkh2. Self-efficacy questionnaire of fifteen items was constructed. Face, content validity and reliability were verified. Then, pupils' marks for the first semester were taken as their achievement.The main finding of the study indicates that:
