on the viability of immune cells [phagocytic ceUs(M0,PMN) and lymphocytes]  was studied.  Results  indicated  that  toxicity  ciTect of crude colicin is dependent on concentration. Low concentrations (I0,

25, 50  mg/ml)  didn't  have  toxic  effects,  but  when  there  was an increase  in  the  consternation  of  this  extract, the    viability  of  the immune cell s began to decrease.

The aim of this work is to study the effect of mud compositions on it’s rheological behavior under high temperature conditions. Seventeen samples of five types of water base mud in which (fresh water bentonite mud. Lignosulphonate mud, gypsum mud, polymer mud, and salt saturated mud) were tested with different temperatures using the fann viscometer model 50-c. All the tested samples, except the fresh water bentonite mud, have the same trend reduction in both plastic viscosity and yield point with increasing temperature. This work aimed to prepare and study the characteristic feature of lead nanoparticles (PbNPS) and follow its effects on some physiological aspects in rats.PbNPS was prepared by laser ablation of pure lead mass with a pulse of 500 and 100 mJ of energy. The results indicated that the wavelength was approximately 196 and the concentration was reported at 53,8967 mg / L. AFM, as the average diameter has been estimated at 69.93 nm.
