Length of plasma generated by dc gas discharge under different vacuum pressures was studied experimentally. The cylindrical discharge tube of length 2m was evacuated under vacuum pressure range (0.1-0.5) mbar at constant external working dc voltage 1500V. It was found that the plasma length (L) increased exponentially with increasing of background vacuum air pressure. Empirical equation has been obtained between plasma length and gas pressure by using Logistic model of curve fitting. As vacuum pressure increases the plasma length increases due to collisions, ionizations, and diffusions of electrons and ions.

The γ- mixing ratios of γ- transitions from levels of 56Fe populated in reaction are calculated using least square fitting program for the first time in the case of pure and mixed transitions the results obtained have been compound with γ Values determined by other methods .The comparison shows that the agreement is good this confirmed the valilety of this method in calculating of values for such γ- transitions key word: γ- transition ,Multipole mixing ratios ,Least square fitting method.

This study has been done on plant [Adhatoda vasicia , Acanthaceae family],which has been collected from gardens of university of Baghdad The leaves of plant were extracted by methanol alcohol obtain the crude extraction good ratio(30%).Eighty swabs or samples were collected from several wounds patients of hospitals in Baghdad city.These swabs were cultured on blood and MacConkey ager to isolate bacteria and identified by appearance and bio chemical tests.The results showed that(60)somples were positive(75%)for tests bacteria white the other(20)swabs were negative(25%).The bacteria were identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Staphylococcus awreus , Esherichia coli,Proteus spp and Klebsiella spp; and their number percentage were(32)isolates(

In this work, we are concerned with how to find an explicit approximate solution (AS) for the telegraph equation of space-fractional order (TESFO) using Sumudu transform method (STM). In this method, the space-fractional order derivatives are defined in the Caputo idea. The Sumudu method (SM) is established to be reliable and accurate. Three examples are discussed to check the applicability and the simplicity of this method. Finally, the Numerical results are tabulated and displayed graphically whenever possible to make comparisons between the AS and exact solution (ES).

This study involves the investigation of the effect of nitrogen laser with 337.1 nm wavelength on the sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria by using local therapeutic due to burns. Crabs belong to the crustacean family (Decapods crustacean), and their shells contain natural ingredients from which the bioactive compounds are derived. It has been used as folklore medicine in cancer treatment. We investigate the possible anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects for crab shells and whole crabs. Thirty-six rats (150–200 gm) from both sexes were used, divided into six groups, the anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activity measured using cotton pellet induce granuloma model. Detection of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF α), Interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β), superoxide (SOD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels using ELISA Kits.
