Nitroso-R-salt is proposed as a sensitive spectrophotometric reagent for the determination of paracetamol in aqueous solution. The method is based on the reaction of paracetamol with iron(III) and subsequent reaction with nitroso-R-salt to yield a green colored complex with maximum absorption at 720 nm. Optimization of the experimental conditions was described. The calibration graph was linear in the concentration range of 0.1 – 2.0 ?g mL-1 paracetamol with a molar absorptivity of 6.9 × 104 L mol-1 cm-1. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.

Case description. We report a case of a 60 years old patient who presented with spontaneous SAH, sellar hematoma, and three different aneurysms detected in angiography. In this research, electron coefficients such as total collision frequency (colt/N), total ionization frequency (viz/N), and Power (P/N) for different gases such as (Ar, He, N2 and O2 (in Earth’s ionosphere have been calculated by applying the Boltzmann equation utilizing BOLSIG +, and it has been discovered that there is a significant impact of reducing the electric field (E/N) on electronic coefficients under which (E/N) increases. In addition, influence of (E/N) on electronic coefficients was studied. Reducing the electric field was chosen in the restricted range (1-100) Td, and the electronic coefficients for gases in the limited range (50-2000) km of the Earth's ionosphere.
