Background: The relation between insulin resistance ,leptin levels and other hormones in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is still controversial.Metformin therapy is proved effective in reducing insulin resistance and also in some studies it was seen to be effective in reducing leptin levels.

Objective: to study the effect of metformin on reducing leptin levels and enhancing ovulation in PCOS women.
Methods:metformin 500mg 3 times daily for 3 months was was given to 36 women
with proved PCOS, in addition to that, other parameters were included.
Results:28 women out of 36(77.78%) showed an evidence of ovulation ovulation after 3 months of metformin therapy(p<0.01)

The objective of study is to investigate the effect of using of Whey – Extracted Soyamilk indifferent Proportions instead of Cow s milk on Standing Height of Muffin of 5.5 cm. was reached in the treatment C ( 50% Whey – Extracted Soyamilk ) as compared with a Control treatment A (0% Whey – Extracted Soyamilk) at which the Muffin height reached 4.8 cm. About the sensory evaluation , The results showed for the Flavour property , to a significant difference was found between the treatment A (0% whey – Extracted Soyamilk ) which got 6.2 degree as compared with the two treatments namely , D(75% Whey – Extracted Soyamilk) and E(100% Whey – Extracted Soyamilk) Which got 5.7 and 5.3 degree , respectively.      One hundred samples of root canal bacteria were isolated  from patients teeth with primary and secondary infected root canal from all the ages . Biochemical and microscopial tests were done for identification of these isolates. Twenty four isolates were confirmed as       E. faecalis species by using these tests. Genetic diagnosis for the all isolates was also done by using polymerase chain reaction ( PCR ). Thirty two isolates were confirmed to  belong to E. faecalis species by using this test.
