In this paper, numerical and experimental studies on the elastic behavior of glass fiber reinforced ‎polymer (GFRP) with stiffeners in the GFRP section's web (to prevent local buckling) are presented. ‎The GFRP profiles‎ were connected to the concrete deck slab by shear connectors. Two full-scale simply supported ‎composite beams (with and without stiffeners) were tested under impact load (three-point load) to ‎assess its structural response. Heat treatment by solid solution method in the ?+? phase region was used at 970°C for Ti-5Al-2.5Fe alloy. The specimens cooled under different cooling media [water quenched (WQ), air cooled (AC) and furnace cooled (FC)], and subsequently aged at 550°C for 4 hours. Five specimens from each treatment were immersed in simulated body fluid SBF for a period of time (3 months).      In this paper, the oscillatory properties and asymptotic behaviour of a third-order three-dimensional neutral system are discussed.  Some sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure that all bounded positive solutions of the system are oscillatory or non-oscillatory.  On the other hand, the non-oscillatory solutions either converge or diverge when  goes to infinity. A special technique is adopted to include all possible cases. The obtained results include illustrative examples.
