A theoretical calculation of the binding and excitation energies have been used at low – lying energies based on shell model and quantum theory. In this model, we evaluated the energies under assume Ni 28 56 30 as inert core with two nucleon extra, nucleons in the  2P3/2 ,  1f 5/2  and 2P1/2  configuration.          In this paper a hybrid system was designed for securing transformed or stored text messages(Arabic and english) by embedding the message in a colored image as a cover file depending on LSB (Least Significant Bit) algorithm in a dispersed way and employing Hill data encryption algorithm for encrypt message before being hidden, A key of 3x3 was used for encryption with inverse for decryption, The system scores a good result for PSNR rate      ( 75-86) that differentiates according to  length of message and image resolution

A reliable and environmental analytical method was developed for the direct determination of tetracycline using flow injection analysis (FIA) and batch procedures with spectrophotometric detection. The developed method is based on the reaction between a chromogenic reagent (vanadium (III) solution) and tetracycline at room temperature and in a neutral medium, resulting in the formation of an intense brown product that shows maximum absorption at 395 nm.
