In this research we study one of the pollutants(Gelbstoff ) such as Humic  and Fulvic Acids  in tap waters by using the technique of  Raman, Flora to some regions of Baghdad , the results appear that the tap waters  were pollutants which know yellow substance or Gelbstoff instant of suspending waters, which appear through the scattering of the incident light to same the wave length of Raman ,also calculate Raman shift which was 3640 cm-1 and force constant to band (O – H ) was 743 N/m, where the peak of Raman was at the wave length 441 nm after used the excitation wave length 380 nm . The results were in an agreement with lectures [8][9][10].

Different frequency distributions models were fitted to the monthly data of raw water Turbidity at water treatment plants (WTPs) along Tigris River in Baghdad. Eight water treatment plants in Baghdad were selected, with raw water turbidity data for the period (2008-2014). The frequency distribution models used in this study are the Normal, Log-normal, Weibull, Exponential and two parameters Gamma type. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to evaluate the goodness of fit. The data for years (2008-2011) were used for building the models. Binuclear copper, nickel, cobalt, manganese and mercury complexes of the Schiff base H2L (C40H28N2O4) obtained by condensation of 2-benzoyl benzoic acid with benzidine.  The Schiff base and their complexes have been subjected to[ FT-IR, elemental analysis ,UV-Vis, 1H and 13C NMR ] spectral studies, molar conductivity, magnetic moment and HPLC measurements. All the complexes showed tetrahedral geometries with the general structure [M2(L)2].  Generality of the synthesized components offer antibacterial efficiency to (Staphylococcu saureus), (Escherichia coli),(Bacillus subtilis) and(Pseudomonas aeruginosa).

This study designed to examine association between-174G/C polymorphism of interleukin-6 gene and phosphate, calcium, vitamin D₃, and parathyroid hormone levels in Iraqi patient with chronic kidney disease on maintenance hemodialysis. Seventy chronic renal failure patients (patients group) and 20 healthy subjects (control group) were genotyped for interleukin-6 polymorphism and genotyping was performed by conventional polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism.
