films.  Different  sample  thicknesses  have  been  prepared  by  using thermal evaporation  technique with 14.4 runlsec as the average deposition rate and 1 00°C as the substrate temperature.

Results of a study of alloys and films with various Pb content have been reported and discussed. Films of of thickness 1.5 μm have been deposited on glass substrates by flash thermal evaporation method at room temperature, under vacuum at constant deposition rate. These films were annealed under vacuum around 10⁻⁶Torr at different temperatures up to 523 K. This research aims to study the radiation concentration distribution of the old District of Najaf (Iraq), where 15 samples were taken from featured sites in the District, which represents archaeological, religious, and heritage sites. Track detector CR-39 was used to calculate the concentration of three different soil weights for each sample site after being exposed for a month. A newly developed analytical method characterized by its speed and sensitivity for the determination of mefenamic acid (MFA) in pure and pharmaceutical preparation is established via turbidimetric measurement (0-180o) by Ayah 6SX1-ST-2D Solar cell CFI Analyser . The method was based on the reaction of
phosphomolybdic acid with mefenamic acid in aqueous medium to form blue color precipitate as an ion-pair complex . Turbidity was measured via the reflection of incident light that collides on the surface precipitated particles at 0-180o . The chemical and physical parameters were studied and optimized.
