Calculative methods were used namely (Arithmetic mean, Value digression and T.test for incompatible specimens). It was conducted in Bint Al-Hoda Hospital of Maternity and Children in Thi-Qar province, south of Iraq for the period from the beginning of January to the end of December 2020.
