The high bounce activity according to the fosbery way is regarded as of the difficult sports concerning its way of training and perfection due to hard technique of its performance on one hand and because it depends on the player’s ability to overcome body weight resistance against the gravity. In addition to the strong ability to control the body posture when leaving the land and flying over the barrier. This activity needs to high plosion power at the moment of bouncing and this plosion depends on the period of bouncing, so the two researchers aimed to use a mechanical bouncing platform and an electronic one through several training by one foot and both feet in different directions and positions in order to reduce the time of bouncing and increase the plosion power. So the study aims to identify the influence of the jumping trainings on a bouncing platform to improve the time of bouncing and the plosion power of the players under the age of 18. The experimental approach has been used to design the group of trainings pertaining and post training. The sample of the study is four players that have been selected from Al Hilla club for high bouncing. All of them are under the age of 18 and they represent the society for 100%. The post evaluation for the bouncing time and the plosion power by using the platform as it is for evaluation and training. After that, the training has started on the platform by the sample in 15/3/2021 to 9/5/2021 two times a week. The training has been accomplished on the designed platform at the main part of training lesson directly after warming up and for twenty minutes. The training was performed depending on the principle of gradiance and ripple among the trainings, units and the weeks of training period. The replacement of the muscular groups have been used between one training and another by using the high periodic training and the two researchers have not interrupted in the rest of the parts of the training . After the training finished. The post tests have been perrformed and the results have been calculated statistically by using SPSS and the study reached to that the training on the bouncing back platform reduced the time of bouncing and increased the plosion power for the high bouncing players under the age of 18 and this is a positive index to reach better height over the barrier. So it is recommended to perform the high bouncing training on a bouncing platform in order to improve the time of bouncing and the power of plosion for the high bouncing players under the age of 18 .
