Background: The appointment system is a common practice in primary health care clinics in developed countries. The patients and health care providers in the primary health care setting perceived the appointment system as an indicator of good quality service.

This work describes the enhancement of phenol red decolorization through immobilizing of laccase in chitosan and enzyme recycling. Commercial laccase from white rot fungus, Trametesversicolor (Tvlac), was immobilizedin to freshly prepared chitosan beads by using glutaraldehyde as a cross linker. Introduction: Implant stability is usually measured with resonance frequency analysis (RFA) and damping capacity assessment (DCA). This study aimed to measure primary and secondary stabilities using 3 devices that are based on these methods, namely; RFA (Osstell^®) and DCA (Periotest^® and AnyCheck^®) to assess the correlations of the measurements obtained by these devices and the correlations between implant stability and insertion torque.
