فعالية الوثب العالي تمتاز بالتكرار والممارسة لمراحل التسلسل الحركي بالتكرارات الصحيحة المصحوبة بالتغذية الراجعة من اجل الوصول إلى اداء افضل, ومن خلال عمل الباحثتان كونها تدريسية لمادة الساحة والميدان لاحظت ضعفا في مستوى الأداء الفني عند الطالبات في ضبط مراحل التسلسل الحركي الكامل لفعالية الوثب العالي ، لذا ارتأت الباحثتان اعداد تمرينات خاصة باستخدام أساليب التنافس حمل المتعلم على مضاعفة جهده لينافس ذاته او الاخرين من زملائه من جهة اخرى وبالتالي تؤدي الى خلق جو من التحفيز الفردي وتزيد من دافعيتهن نحو التعلم, فالمنافسة التي تحدث بين المتعلمين محاولة لكل واحد منهم لإحراز التقدم المطلوب ، تعد بحد (٢ (ذاتها عنصرا تعزيزيا ديناميكيا تظهر آثاره في التعلم والسلوك واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج التجريبي على عينة من طالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات جامعة بغداد من المرحلة الاولى شعبة ( ج ) بلغ عددهن (24) طالبة للعام الدراسي ( 2023-2024) , مقسمين الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة , واستخدمت تمرينات تنافسية للمجموعة التجريبية لمدة (4 أسابيع) بواقع وحدتين تعليمية في الأسبوع واستنتجت الباحثتان تمرينات خاصة باستخدام أساليب التنافس اثرا ايجابيا في تعلم مستوى الأداء الفني لفعالية الوثب العالي للطالبات وهذا ما يحقق الهدف الرابع من اهداف التنمية المستدامة

Single Point Incremental Forming (SPIF) is a forming technique of sheet material based on layered manufacturing principles. The sheet part is locally deformed through horizontal slices. The moving locus of forming tool (called as toolpath) in these slices constructed to the finished part was performed by the CNC technology. Commercial laccase from white rot fungus, Trametesversicolor (Tvlac), was immobilizedin to freshly prepared chitosan beads by using glutaraldehyde as a cross linker. Characterization of prepared chitosan was confirmed by FTIR and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Tvlac (46.2 U/mL) immobilized into chitosan beads at 0.8 % glutaraldehyde (v/v) within 24 hrs. Those methods were the first and second ratio derivative spectrum using a double devisor. Par, Ibu, and Caf showed many useful peaks for their quantified determination. The validity of all analysis modes for determination of the three compounds, peak to baseline, peak area and peak to peak were according to ICH. In whole wheat flour, the phytic acid was (1500, 1290, 1450, 1230, 1440 ( mg/ 100 g flour respectively, and the inorganic phosphorous was (29.18, 25.15, 23.89, 20.85, 22.83) mg/100 g flour respectively. The dough prepared from flour with a higher phytic acid content also contained higher amount of phytic acid. During fermentation, degradation of phytic acid occurred.
